About Me
Mount Crumpet and Mount Crumpet Creations were founded by me, Auntie V!
My name is Vicki and I live in Colorado.
I design and create sewing, crafting, and quilting patterns for the items I enjoy making for gifts.
I especially enjoy putting together gifts that are meaningful to the recipient. Whether it is because of a personality trait, a theme that goes with their home furnishings, or based on a memory we share, I love the process of making the gift personalized and special.
I thought if I enjoy doing this, so might you. My aim is to create patterns for very special gifts you can make and customize for your recipient.
All of my patterns have been tested several times and are made with easy-to-find fabrics.
My website has tutorials specific to my patterns. All of my patterns can be found in my Shop.
While I focus my efforts on the pattern making process, my pattern testing process yields a limited number of finished items. Everything I make is made with the utmost care and would make lovely gifts if you just don’t have time to make it yourself.
All of the finished items in the Mount Crumpet Gift Shop and are available to ship immediately.
I can also work with you to create a custom piece. Timing of custom items is determined based on the scope of the project and can take anywhere from 2 – 12 weeks to complete. If you are interested in discussing a custom piece, please contact me at AuntieV@mountcrumpet.com.
Like everyone else doing business in Cyberspace, I send out a monthly, sometimes bi-monthly newsletter. I work way to hard to come up with spammy stuff so you never have to worry about that if you decide to join the Mount Crumpet community.
My newsletter will simply let you know when I’ve published a new pattern and/or tutorial, any specials I have going on, and the title of my latest blog post.
